Sophia Circles are small, heart-centered conversation circles for women and female-identifying folks who are ready to reconnect with their inner wisdom and live with greater presence, purpose, and power.
These Circles offer a sacred space for honest dialogue, reflection, and embodied healing. They’re not about expertise or performance. They’re about showing up, sharing our truths, and remembering what it means to be whole.
Women have been gathering in this way for thousands of years, sharing stories, listening deeply, and tending to what matters most. Sophia Circles provide all the support and inspiration needed to start and sustain a Circle—all offered in the spirit of the gift, making this work accessible to anyone, anywhere, anytime.
